This year we are asking our Christmas light loving residents to help us create magic at Sandhurst - by synchronising the first illumination of the estates Christmas lights on Sunday 1 December at 8:30pm.

This will coincide with the lighting of the Sandhurst Club Christmas Tree.
All residents who register to illuminate their lights on 1 December will be in the running to win a prize as part of O’Brien Real Estate Carrum Downs ‘Best Sandhurst Xmas Lights’ competition.
First Prize - $2,000
Second Prize - $1,000
Third Prize - $500
